Our choristers were been busy and productive during lockdown recording solo anthems and carols to play during services, including Faure: Pie Jesu from Faure’s Requiem, Adam Lay Bounden by Peter Warlock, and the Corpus Christi Carol by Benjamin Britten.

We are indeed fortunate in having such talented, committed and dedicated choristers.

The choristers’ recent achievements include:

Ella:

GCSE Music Performance 9 (the highest level that can be awarded)
ABRSM Grade 8 Singing - Distinction

Natasha:

ABRSM Grade 5 Singing - 136: Distinction

Cameron:

LCM Music Theatre: Distinction

The Williams Church Music Trust has generously awarded St Mary’s a grant to support the choristers’ singing and instrumental lessons and to fund services of Choral Evensong.
